About the artist

Lauren Manoogian's line began as a series of wearable material experiments. After a few serendipitous encounters wearing these pieces, she began selling at select boutiques. Having no formal training in jewelry design, Lauren has relied on an intuitive attraction to unconventional materials as well as a playful sense of scale and color. Lauren's background in Textile Design is an infinite source of inspiration. After studying at the Rhode Island School of Design, she has worked as a knitwear designer and artist assistant. Lauren had the opportunity to travel to Peru and develop her own knitwear collection and she is excited to have both the jewelry and ready to wear collections as an outlet for her very personal investigations.
